You Are Invited to A Seasonal Sound Bath In Sidney!

Get ready for a purely relaxing and rejuvenating Reiki infused Sound Bath. You will be lying down and immersing yourself in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, crystal harp and chimes while going on an inward journey with a guided meditation.

Bring anything you need to make this a cozy experience, like a pillow, blanket, bolster, or eye mask; mats will be provided. Bring some water and optionally, you can bring a journal for writing reflections and insights of your sound bath journey.
