Saanich Parks Sound Baths!

Join me for a tranquil soundscape at one of Saanich Park Centers that will be infused with the energies of Reiki. Relax and restore your energies within the healing sounds of my crystal singing bowls, chimes and crystal harp. Bring your own yoga mat, eye mask and anything else you’d like to make you feel cozy; like a pillow, bolster and blanket (this location doesn’t supply these items). **If you have never signed up for any of Saanich’s events before you will need to create an account on their program platform called Active Network. Just click the Sound Bath event you want to attend and it will take to to a page where it says “Sign In”. At the top right corner of that page there is a button to create a new account.
